By using the Indio Car Wash website or signing up for a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The Indio Car Wash Unlimited Member Club provides unlimited exterior washes at our location (83360 CA-111, Indio, CA 92201) for a flat monthly fee. Membership includes:
Membership is valid for the vehicle registered at sign-up and is non-transferable. Members must present their QR code or have their license plate on file for each visit.
You may cancel your membership at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts. To cancel:
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months already billed.
Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you believe an error was made, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.
Membership is valid for one registered vehicle per plan. Vehicles must be in a condition that can safely pass through our wash process. We reserve the right to decline service to vehicles that could cause damage to equipment or that display hazardous conditions.
Additional vehicles may be added to your account at the add-on rate. Each additional vehicle is billed as a separate monthly subscription. The primary membership must remain active for add-on subscriptions to be valid.
Indio Car Wash is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, items left inside vehicles, or damage caused by improper vehicle preparation (e.g., loose parts, open windows). We are not responsible for damage to vehicles with known defects or modified vehicles where such modifications make washing unsafe.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle or individual at our discretion, including for safety reasons or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
